An MBBS from Calcutta University and a reputed name in Anaesthesiology, Dr Bhattacharya was a dedicated doctor with a smiling face all the time. He was Professor & Head Anaesthesiology, Critical care & Pain Medicine in various Medical colleges and hospitals, Commonwealth Fellow at Great Britain for Intensive Care and many other posts in medical science.
